put to music through the art of songwriting.

ceremony with USA Veterans.
"Freedom Sings Arkansas can assist in the retiring of a US flag"
According to the United States Flag Code, Title 4, Section 8k, the flag should be retired when it is in such condition that is "no longer a fitting emblem for display"
and should be destroyed in a dignified way, preferably by burning it.
Basically, you are retiring the flag because it is no longer fits to serve the nation.
